This homemade herbal mix tea is chock full of flavor and health boosting properties. Drinking just one cup a day can help you detox the body and lose weight.

Collecting all the ingredients might be a bit difficult, but once you make the mix it can last up to 6 months, just store it in a cool and dark place.

Herbal Mix Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts eleuthero root
  • 2 parts nettle leaf
  • 1 part dandelion leaf
  • 1 part marshmallow root
  • 1 part papaya leaf
  • 1 part senna leaf
  • 1 part slippery elm bark
  • ½ part dried orange peel
  • ½ part sweet cinnamon bark
  • ½ part dried ginger root
  • ¼ part fennel seeds

Instructions:

Measure all of the part of the ingredients as listed above and mix them thoroughly and evenly. To make the tea, add two tablespoons of the herbal mix to two and a half cups of water. Start by boiling the water and after that add the herbal mix and let it sit for 30 minutes.

That’s it, your tea is ready for consumption. It’s best to drink it throughout the day, if you would only like to drink it once a day, then lower the dosage to 1 tablespoon of the herbal mix and use 1 cup of water.
